General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Reid Street Primary School is fully committed to compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 which came into force on 25th May 2018, superseding the Data Protection Act 1998 which came into force in March 2000.

We therefore follow procedures which aim to ensure that anyone connected with the school who has access to any personal data held by or on behalf of the school is fully aware of an abides by their duties under the GDPR.
