The children enjoyed making pumpkin soup. They learnt how to use different equipment, such as knives, graters and peelers, safely. They thought about the weight and size of the different ingredients, how to measure liquid for the stock cube and discussed how the stock cube changed. The children were very enthusiastic about selling the soup and we discussed different coins and their value.
